Za\u010dalo to nen\u00e1padn\u011b \u2013 pocit ztuhlosti mezi lopatkami, ob\u010dasn\u00e9 lupnut\u00ed p\u0159i oto\u010den\u00ed, pak tlak p\u0159i dlouh\u00e9m sezen\u00ed. Nejd\u0159\u00edv jsem to h\u00e1zel na \u0161patn\u00fd pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159 nebo \u017eidli. Jen\u017ee to trvalo d\u00e1l. V pr\u00e1ci u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de jsem se hrbil, doma jsem si neodpo\u010dinul a p\u0159i \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed auta m\u011b bolela z\u00e1da u\u017e po dvaceti minut\u00e1ch.Ne\u0161lo to ignorovat. Kamar\u00e1dka mi poradila, a\u0165 zkus\u00edm jednoduch\u00e9 cviky na hrudn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159. Nic slo\u017eit\u00e9ho \u2013 jen p\u00e1r minut denn\u011b na podlo\u017ece, nebo i na \u017eidli. \u0158\u00edkal jsem si, \u017ee zkusit to m\u016f\u017eu, hor\u0161\u00ed u\u017e to nebude. A v\u00edte co? Opravdu to za\u010dalo fungovat. Ne hned \u2013 ale po t\u00fddnu jsem si v\u0161iml, \u017ee se c\u00edt\u00edm trochu l\u00edp. Po m\u011bs\u00edci u\u017e jsem se narovnal bez p\u0159emlouv\u00e1n\u00ed a bolest mezi lopatkami se postupn\u011b vytratila. Nejde o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kouzlo. V\u011bt\u0161ina cvik\u016f je fakt jednoduch\u00e1 \u2013 sta\u010d\u00ed si lehnout na z\u00e1da a pomalu se p\u0159et\u00e1\u010det, nebo se op\u0159\u00edt o ze\u010f a roztahovat ruce. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je pravidelnost. Ne\u010dekejte, \u017ee si zacvi\u010d\u00edte jednou za t\u00fdden a bude po probl\u00e9mu. Ale p\u011bt minut denn\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1 z\u00e1zraky. A taky je fajn se nau\u010dit vn\u00edmat svoje t\u011blo \u2013 kdy\u017e sed\u00edm blb\u011b, u\u017e si to uv\u011bdom\u00edm a narovn\u00e1m se. D\u0159\u00edv mi to v\u016fbec nedoch\u00e1zelo. Postupn\u011b jsem si na\u0161el i p\u00e1r kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch vide\u00ed na internetu, n\u011bkter\u00e9 mi v\u00edc sedly, jin\u00e9 m\u00e9n\u011b. Nakonec jsem ale stejn\u011b nejv\u00edc ocenil p\u00e1r cvik\u016f, co mi doporu\u010dila fyzioterapeutka. Nejsou slo\u017eit\u00e9, nepot\u0159ebuju \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pom\u016fcky a m\u016f\u017eu je cvi\u010dit klidn\u011b i ve\u010der u televize. Kdy\u017e to vynech\u00e1m, z\u00e1da se mi zase p\u0159ipomenou \u2013 tak\u017ee motivaci m\u00e1m.
